The Fralin Biotechnology Center fosters cutting edge, interdisciplinary research by providing high quality laboratory space, services, and equipment to eight faculty representing three departments and two different colleges. Resources include the Fralin Imaging Facility, and a pilot-scale fermentation facility. Fralin's eight resident research faculty run active well funded research programs.
